- Can I put a picture on one side and engrave the other? Yes, just send the text you want on the other side along with your picture file.
- Can I send you my picture and engraving first in order to be sure it's ok? Yes, go ahead and email us with any questions at customwork@myrecoverystore.com
- How is this coin made? This starts as a brass coin. Your image or design is then UV printed onto the coin. After that, a gloss finish is added for protection.
- What's the best way to care for this coin? It is best to leave these in the coin capsule that comes with it.
- How long before I get my order? Typically, your order should be out the door within 3 days of the final files being received.
- What kind of files or pictures do you need in order to make the coin/chips? Any larger type of picture file should work. This includes AI/PDF/JPG. Any picture taken with your phone will also work.
- Can you add text and graphics to my picture? Your unfinished design can be modified by our in-house designer for $20. This will include (2) edits.
